As a result of an accident on March 17, 2009; Aged 29 years.

Very much loved husband and best friend of Karyn Costello-Hall, awesome son and son-in-law of Cliff and Val Hall, and Jean and Peter Costello. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Margaret and Philip Hemopo, Cate and Dave James, and Drew Costello. Dearly loved uncle of Emily Hemopo, Lucy and Grace James, much loved nephew to Heather Skelton, and loved by Tiffany and family (Australia).

A celebration of Dave's life and a time to share how special Dave will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 10.30am on Tuesday March 24 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to RSPCA would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
