Died peacefully, with his family by his side, on April 1, 2009, at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 60 years.

Dearly loved and ever loving husband and soul mate of Marilyn for 35 years, devoted and adored Dad of Marie & Gary, Lisa, and Krzysiu, loved son of the late Jan & Stanislawa, older brother of Emilia (UK), and Bronek (UK) and his dearly loved youngest sister, the late Maryla, loved and respected friend and colleague.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Basilica, Macandrew Road at 11am on Tuesday April 7, then leaving for the Broad Bay Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated.
