DICKSON, William Lionel (Bill) of 155D Bayview Road, Dunedin.

Bill passed away on June 13, 2009 at the Otago Community Hospice.

A devoted and loving husband to Eleanor, and loving father, father-in-law and grandad to Karen, Kerrin and Keagan Mulholland, and Stuart, Jane, Angus and Sarah. Brother and brother-in-law to Mary and the late Curly Bye, the late Margaret, Gordon and Margaret, Joe and Norma, Theda and the late John, Vera and Ron Forbes; and brother-in-law to Liz and Sam Haddow, and Christine and Jim Thornley. Loving uncle of his nieces and nephews.

The son of Joe and Bina Dickson, Bill was born on Christmas Eve 1930 in Otautau. Bill loved and was loved by his family and will be missed by us all.

A service for Bill will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Wednesday June 17, followed by private cremation.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Hospice.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
