Smith, Patricia Frances (Pat)

On June 17, 2009 peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 79 years.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Peter, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Brett (Christchurch), Guy and Bridget, loved Gran of Emma, Charlotte, Timothy, Clementine; Joshua, and Aimee. Loved sister-in-law of Mary, and Sylvia and a loved aunty of her nieces and nephews.

A service for Pat will be held in St Johns Anglican Church, Highgate, Roslyn at 11am on Monday June 22 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
