On July 1, 2009 unexpectedly at his home; aged 25 years.

Most dearly loved and treasured son of Bronwyn and Bob, Stefan and Christine, loved brother and best mate of Scott; and Tessa, Karl, Kate, Lara and their partners. Loved grandson of Ria and the late Frank Hakkaart, and the late Lily and Bruce Scott, loved nephew of his aunts and uncles.

A service to celebrate Andrew's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Tuesday July 7, followed by private cremation.
