On July 3, 2009 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; in his 76th year.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Myrtle, loved and respected father and father-in-law of Stephanie and Barrie (Herbert), Jennifer (Dunedin), John and Cynthia (Qatar), Raylene and David (Palmerston) and treasured Pop of Grant, Andrew, Katelynd, Kieran, Zoe, Marcus, Danyon and Yasmin.

A service for Gordon will be held in the D.G. Murray Hall, Palmerston at 10.30am on Tuesday July 7, followed by private burial.
