On Saturday August 1, 2009 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital.

Dearly loved husband of the late Coriene Rowan, and special uncle of his nieces and nephews Rowena & Owen Ockwell, Dorothy and the late Albert Young, Beverley Lowrey ( Hastings) Alison & Robin Colson, also brother-in-law of Betty & Brian Main (Wanaka) and great-uncle of his great-nieces and nephews.

A service for Frank will be held in the Flagstaff Union Parish Church, 9 Centennial Avenue, Wakari at 2pm on Wednesday August 5, followed by private cremation.
