Dearly loved husband of Elsie. Loved Dad and Father-in-law of Rochelle and Clayton Harris (Waikouaiti), Glenda and Dave Harris (Waikouaiti), Sharyn and Arwel Thomas (Wellington). Loved Grandad of David, and Craig; Jason, Danny, and Kellie; Hannah, and Elen; and loved Great-Grandad.

A service to celebrate Russell's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2:00pm on Friday August 14 followed by private cremation.
