BURGESS, John (Jack) formerly of 112 Centennial Avenue.

On October 29, 2009, peacefully at Radius Fulton Home with his loving friend Eileen by his side; aged 86 years.

Much loved husband of the late Hetty, loved father and father-in-law of Robert (Bob) and Barbara (Twizel), very special grandad Jack of Michele, Scott, Brodie, and Ruby (Queenstown), Nicola, Graham, Courtney, and Joel (Twizel), Dwayne, Kerriann, Seth, and Lily (Twizel), special friend of Marion and the late Arthur Welch and family, dearly loved son of the late John and Mary and loved brother and uncle of all his family in Ireland.

"You have been so strong Jack, rest in peace. Until we meet again."

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Monday November 2, followed by private cremation.
