McIntosh, Jennifer Ann (Jenny)

On November 17, 2009 peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, surrounded by her loving family; aged 54 years young.

Dearly beloved wife of John, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Amber and Paul Weeks (Auckland), and Daniel. Loved daughter of John and the late Cathy Birse, loved sister-in-law of Sheila Sizemore and aunt of Fiona, Karen, James, and Michael.

A service for Jenny will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Monday November 23 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
