Peacefully on January 19, 2010 at Dunedin Hospital after a short illness; aged 60 years.

Dearly loved partner of Brian Patchett, loved Mum and Mum-in-law of Shane and Bridget, Angela and Steve, Andrew and Linda, loved Nana of Billy, and George; Allie; and Alex.

A service for Colleen will be held in the Dunedin Crematorium Chapel, Tomahawk Road, Dunedin at 12.30pm on Saturday January 23.

In lieu of flowers donations to Ward 8C Dunedin Hospital would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
