On January 31, 2010 peacefully at Dunedin Hospital; In her 89th year.

Beloved wife of the late Les, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Brent and Jackie, and loved grandma of Grace.

A service for Hazel will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 11am on Thursday February 4 followed by private cremation.
