Peacefully, in Dunedin, on February 15, 2010, in her 95th year.

Much loved wife of the late Hoani Haereroa Parata. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Jocelyn and the late Gillian; Anthony and Melanie; Penelope and Bryan Hutchins; and Nicholas and Mary. Wonderful, respected and loved Gran of Tim and Amy; Alice, William and Catherine; Abbe, Nicholas and Edward; Emily and Andrew. Loved eldest daughter of the late William and Eliza Nichol of “Taurima”, Momona.

A service for Margaret will be held at St Paul’s Cathedral, the Octagon, Dunedin at 10am on Thursday February 18 followed by a private family burial.
