Formerly of Lower Hutt. On August 6 2010 at Marne Street Hospital Dunedin, aged 87 years.

Dearly loved husband for 63 years of Elsie and loved father and father-in-law of Bryan and Mary, Christine and John and Uncle of Anne. Loved grandfather of Ruth, Eamonn, Ann and Tom and great grand father of James.

Many thanks to the staff of Belhaven Rest Home and Marne Street Hospital for their loving care.

A service for Alan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 11am on Wednesday August 11, followed by private cremation.
