CUNNINGHAM, David (Dave)
Peacefully at Dunedin Hospital on November 4, 2010 after a gentle decline; aged 86 years.

Beloved husband and friend for sixty-six years of Marie. Much loved father and father-in-law of Christine, Robert & Keri, Bruce, Dianne & Richard Nyhof, much loved grandad of Flair, Ben, Hana, Joelle, Bryony, and Amari, great-grandfather of Ataahua. Loved brother of John and the late Alex.

Thanks to the staff at ward 6B at Dunedin Hospital for their love and care.

A service for Dave will be held in Hope & Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2:30pm on Monday November 8, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Blind Foundation would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
