HAYWARD, Mavis
On November 8, 2010, peacefully at St Andrews Home and Hospital; aged 90 years.

Loved wife of the late Jack, loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Yvonne, Gayle and Graeme Still, Brent and Annette, and the late Sheryl. Loved grandmother of Stephen and Katrina, Bronwyn, Tony and Liz, Karen and Eddie, Kelly, Jardena, Gabrielle, and Mackenzie; and great-grandmother of Hayley, Jeremy, Samantha, Alana, Samuel, Joseph, and Mathew.

She is not far - she is always near
In the memories that we hold most dear,

She will never be far - she will never be gone

A service for Mavis will be held in the Dignity Chapel, corner Middleton and Isadore Roads at 11am on Friday November 12, the funeral then leaving for the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
