On January 31, 2011 at Dunedin Hospital; aged 46years.

Dearly loved son of Marjorie and the late Charlie, much loved brother and brother-in-law of John, Ngairie, the late Lauren and Russell Dickson, Anne, Stephen and Michele and loved uncle and great uncle of his nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to the District Nurses in Auckland and Dunedin and to the staff of Ward 8C Dunedin Hospital.

A service for Anthony will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10.30am on Wednesday February 2, followed by a graveside committal service at 3.00pm at the Fortrose Cemetery, Southland.
