ROONEY, Norman Alexander (Norm) formerly of Concord and Balclutha

On March 10, 2011, peacefully at Birchleigh Hospital; aged 73 years.

Most dearly loved and special husband and friend of Carol. Much loved dad and father-in-law of Elizabeth and Cliff Brenssell, Carolyn and Milan Savkovic, loved and special pop of Jessica and Lucas and the late Jakob, and special son-in-law of the late Ross and Joyce Smith, loved brother and brother-in-law of Ken and Maria, Owen and Liz, the late Irvine, Bev and the late Graeme, and the late Betty, loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

You fought long and hard to stay with us. Forever loved by us all.

A service for Norm will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Tuesday, March 15, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
