Peacefully at Dunedin Hospital on March 15, 2011, aged 62 years.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Tracey, much loved Dad and father-in-law of Lisa and Nathan, Rebecca, Shannon and Stacey; Cam, and Jamila. Loved grandad of Beau, Jak, and Teal. Dearly loved son of Dame Dorothy and the late Hon. Bill Fraser, and loved brother and brother-in-law of Jenny and Malcolm Liddell, and loved son-in-law of Keith and the late Jenny Millar. Loved brother-in-law of Stephen and Kristy Millar.

A service to celebrate Peter's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 1pm on Friday March 18 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Oncology Trust Fund-Ward 8C or the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
