of Green Island. On March 24, 2011, peacefully at Birchleigh Hospital; aged 86 years.

Dearly loved husband of June. Loved dad of Kathleen Mawdsley (Christchurch), Doreen and Peter Dawe (Tauranga). Much loved and loving "Bert" of Belinda, and Kirstyn; Nicholas, and Sophie; Justus, and Riley.

A service to celebrate Bert's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2pm on Monday March 28, followed by Private Cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
