Adamson, Claire Michelle - nee Holdaway

On March 31, 2011 suddenly at Dunedin Hospital; aged 47 years.

Much loved mother and best friend of Connor, dearly loved daughter of Anne and the late Alan, and loved friend of Mike Adamson.

Grateful thanks to the staff of 4A and ICU, Dunedin Hospital for their care and support.

A service for Claire will be held in The Valley Baptist Church, 270 North Road, at 11am on Tuesday April 5 followed by private cremation.
