- On April 1, 2011 suddenly at home, in her 93rd year.

Loved wife of the late Lennox, dearly loved and loving mother of Christine and Mark Hely, Robin, and the late Owen, beloved grandmother of Nicola and Fiona, loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews and a loved friend to many.

A service for Jean will be held in the Musselburgh Presbyterian Church, Queens Drive, St Kilda at 2pm on Thursday April 7 followed by private cremation.
