On April 4, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at Dunedin Hospital.

Beloved and adored husband of Tracey. Loved dad and step-dad to Nathaniel, Kalida, Avril, Nathan, and Chrystal. Loved son of the late Gilbert and Raima Blue. Loved and adored brother and brother-in-law of Susan & Warren Garbutt, Karin & Damian McCaul, Louise & Sione, Jacquie & Andy, Phillip & Sheryl and the late Malcolm St Clair. Loved uncle to Christopher and Natasha and his other nieces and nephews.

Our thanks go to the I.C.U. team whose love and support got us through this tough time, you guys rock.

A service for David will be held in Hope & Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10am on Thursday April 7, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Dunedin Hospital I.C.U. would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
