On April 12, 2011 peacefully at Radius Fulton Home, surrounded by her family; aged 81 years.

Dearly loved mum and mother-in-law of Hilary and Errol Samuelson, the late Rex, Robin, and Andrew. Loving gran of Emma Knopp, and Christopher; Christopher; and Jonathon and loved great gran of Ricky, Laura, and Oliver.

A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10am on Saturday April 16, followed by private cremation.
