On May 16, 2011, at Yvette Williams Retirement Village; in her 79th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Arthur, loved mother and mother-in-law of Michael and Kaye, Paul and Jane, Gaynor (Christchurch), Keith and Helen (Christchurch), loved nana of Mathew, Rebecca and Blair McLennan, Sarah; Laura (Melbourne), and Dean, loved great-nana of Jackson.

Special thanks to the staff at Glamis and Yvette Williams for their care and support.

A service for Joan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 11am on Monday May 23 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
