Loved wife of the late Kenneth Browne and the late Bill Smith. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jan & Murray Pfeifer (Invercargill), Robyn Browne, and Peter Browne. Loved grandma of Megan & Pete Handyside, Dale Pfeifer, John & Rumi Pfeifer; Kate McIntosh, Nick McIntosh, Claire Browne, and Matthew Browne, great grandma of Henry, and Emelia Handyside.

A service for Joyce will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 3.30pm on Monday May 23, followed by private cremation.
