DAWES, Charles Cossgrove (Charlie)

It is with great sadness that Charlie, dearly loved husband of Joyce for almost 60 years, passed away peacefully on Friday July 8, 2011 surrounded with love, at Highview Rest Home; aged 87 years.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Carol and Steve Dobber, treasured Grandad of Danni and Greg Roberts, Cullan Simpson and Caroline, and proud Great-Grandad of Jasmine, and Thomas.

The family wish to thank staff at Glendale, and to Christine and the staff at Highview Rest Home for all their love and support in caring for Charlie.

A service for Charlie will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1pm on Tuesday July 12 followed by private cremation.
