ASQUITH, David Anthony (Dave)
On September 7, 2011, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice; aged 72 years.

Dear husband and best friend of Ann. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Peter and Cheryl, Chris and Keryn. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jean and Tony (England), Andy and Jenny (Canada), Janet and Roger (England) and all his nephews and nieces. Grandpa Dave to Mike, Chris and Greg Schaaf and their families.

Dave's funeral service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2:30pm on Monday September 12 followed by private cremation.

Donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
