On November 11, 2011, peacefully, at the Otago Community Hospice.

Loved daughter of Nancy and the late Ralph Jones, loved mother and mother-in-law of Rachel and Richard and loved grandmother of Jack, and Harry, loved wife of Jens, loved sister and sister-in-law of Robbie and Margaret, loved daughter-in-law of Jack Rekker.

A service to celebrate Adrianne's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1.30pm on Wednesday November 16, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
