On December 5, 2011, suddenly at Dunedin; aged 55 years.

Loved son of the late Patrick and Helen. Loved brother of Wayne, Sharon, Lorraine, Janice, Lynette, Terrance, and Paulette. Loved father of Ben. Loved uncle of Celeste, Joshua, Dylan, Angela, Glen, Carla, Reece, Daniel, Stephan, and the late Kyle.

A service for Trevor will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Friday December 9, followed by burial at Palmerston Cemetery.
