Suddenly on January 10, 2012 at Christchurch Hospital; aged 65 years.

Much loved wife and mate of Alan. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Mark, Leanne, Debbie and Alan Madigan. Adored Nan to Jordan, Daniel, Morgan, Renee, Liam, Taylor, and Mason. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Tracy and Bill Simmons, Christine and Murray Moore.

A service for Sonya will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 1:30pm on Monday January 16 followed by private cremation.
