McARA, Alfred Frederick Evans (Alf) - #516

- Returned to his love on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2012 peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice, Dunedin; aged 67 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Lorraine, much loved Dad and father-in-law of Vivienne and Neil McAra-Smith, Alastair and Karen McAra, Michael and Amanda McAra. Loved Pop of Nastarssya; Callum, and Caitlin; Sienna and loving friend of Stuart Wood. Loved brother and brother-in-law of John and Betty McAra and the late Bill McAra. Loved brother-in-law of Lindsay and Olive Roundhill and the late Gary Roundhill, loved uncle, great uncle and great great uncle of his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and his great great niece. In lieu of flowers donations to the St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Alf will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 11.00am on Friday, February 17, followed by private cremation. Messages to 24 Jensen Street, Green Island, Dunedin 9018
