MALONEY, Lawrence William.

On February 12, 2012, after a valiant and unyielding battle, Lawrence passed peacefully at the Oatgo Community Hospice; aged 72 years.

Beloved father and best friend of Peta and father-in-law of Kylie. Loved father of Julie, cherished brother and life long friend of Ashley and loved brother of the late Mervyn, friend and former husband to Kathy, much loved grandfather to Tara and Jazmine. Loyal and life member of the Kaikorai Metropolitan Brass Band.

To celebrate Lawrence's life a service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10am on Saturday February 18, the funeral then leaving for the Dunedin Cemetery, Emerson Street. In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to 21 Thoreau Street, Concord 9018.
