On March 23, 2012, at Dunedin Hospital, with his family at his side; aged 82 years.

Loved husband of the late May, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Kevin and Sandra, Janice and Jack Hughes, much loved grandfather of Alana, and Sarah.

A service for Roughan will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 1pm on Wednesday March 28, then leaving for the Green Park Cemetery.
