On May 16, 2012 peacefully at Montecillo Veterans Home, Dunedin, aged 94 years.
Dearly loved husband of the late Annie, loved father and father-in-law of Noel and Mavis (Invercargill), dearly loved father and father-in-law of Alice (deceased) and Alan Geeves, Alan and Lorna, and Raymond and Trish (Invercargill), loved Grandad of Sharon, Karl, and Kirsty; David, and Nicola; Kellee, Treena, and Marcia; Beaven, and Darcy, and a loved great-grandfather.

A service will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday May 19 followed by private cremation.
