On July 11, 2012, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice surrounded by her loving family; in her 70th year.

Loving mum and mother-in-law of Richard and Kerri, Rachel and Wayne van Gorp, and the late Nigel. Treasured Grandma of Ryan, and Jared; and "Mama" to Anna, and Luke.

Loved sister of Joan, Dianne, John, and the late Donald.

A service for Betti will be held in the Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10.00am on Saturday July 14, followed by private cremation.

A donation for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
