HOLLEY, John Ernest (Jack)
Passed away on August 25, 2012, after a brief illness; aged 90 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Miria, and partner of the late Annette. Much loved father of John (Roxburgh) Moira and Martin (Southbridge), and loved grandfather and great-grandfather.

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 10:30am on Wednesday August 29, followed by private burial.

In lieu of flowers donations to St John would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
