HEWITT, Gillian Mary

On September 12, 2012, after a long, courageous battle; in her 60th year.

A much loved partner, friend and companion of Bryce. A loved mother of Louise. Loved daughter of Clive and Betty and a loved sister and sister-in-law of Janice and Dave Wilson (Cromwell), Dianne and Colin Dickens (Gore), David Stevens and Marie Casey (Mosgiel).

Special thanks to the staff of the Oncology Department, Radiology, Wards 4A, 5B, and 8C, and Emergency Department of Dunedin Hospital and St John Ambulance staff, for their dedication and care of Gillian.

A service to celebrate Gillian's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner of Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, Dunedin at 2.30pm on Monday September 17, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
