BROAD, Laura (nee Barnsdale)

On February 8, 2013 with dignity from late diagnosed bowel cancer; aged 84 years.

Most loved mother and mother-in-law of Lorraine & John, Alistair & Hilary, Maree & Michael. Very precious grandmother of Julie, Cara, Fiona, Alex, Alister, Victoria, Lachlan and Ella. Great-grandmother of Archer. Wife of Roy (Orewa). Sister of the late William (Bill) Barnsdale and the late Margaret Boyd.

A service to celebrate Laura'a life will be held in Hope & Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford street at 1pm on Tuesday February 12, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to Royal NZ Foundation of the Blind would be appreciated and may be left at the service or sent to 458 Hillside Road, Dunedin.
