On February 25, 2013; Peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice with Bronwyn at his side.

Loved husband and best mate of Bronwyn, loved Dad of Tim and Jude (Tiger Hill), Dwayne and Karina, loved grandad of Charlie and Rhys, and buddy to Shiloh and Izzy.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Patsy and Nigel Shirley (Lumsden), David and Debbie (Melbourne), Veleta and Terry (Bluff), Daryl and Rebecca, Gary and Mel, Dawn and Craig (Australia), and loved uncle of his nieces and nephews.

A service for Wayne will be held in the Dignity Chapel corner of Middleton and Isadore Roads, at 1pm on Thursday February 28, followed by private cremation.

Donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
