On March 18, 2013, peacefully at home after a short illness; aged 64 years.

Beloved husband and soul mate of Lynette (Lyn) for 44 years, loved father and father-in-law of Wendy and Dave Stanaway, and the late Sheena Lee, loved grandad of Melissa, and Autumn.

A service for Walton will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2.30pm on Friday March 22, followed by private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations to the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
