KENNEDY-PERKINS, Ann Stewart (nee Faulks)
Head of the K-P family.

Died peacefully in Dunedin on 22 March 2013.

Loved only daughter of the late Stewart and Lilian Faulks (of Mt Barker, Wanaka, and Te Kowhai), and loved sister of the late Ken (England) and the late Grant (Kuri Bush). Most dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Sarah (Auckland), Ann (Wellington), Angus and Roma (Perth) and Mandy and Kevin (Dunedin). Treasured Nan of Lily, Rebecca, Bella, Harry, Clem, Sophia and Olivia. Respected former matron of Claremont House. A generous friend to many.

She faced her illness with courage and grace. Thanks to Dr Mark Bevin, Dunedin Hospital Oncology Ward, Carolyn Walters and the Sisters of Sacred Heart Home for their devoted care.

A celebration of Ann's life will be held in St John's Anglican Church, corner Wright Street and Highgate, Roslyn, Dunedin at 2pm on Wednesday March 27 followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Otago or to the Sacred Heart Home would be appreciated and can be left at the Church.
