On May 6 2013, peacefully at Dunedin Hospital.

Dearly loved husband of Lenore, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Paul and Annette, Glenn and Krys. Adored Grandad of Caitlyn, and Ben; Wyatt, Lucia, Stirling, and Lachlan, and a loved brother.

Special thanks to Dr Jeremy Hay, and the staff of Emergency Department and Ward 7A of Dunedin Hospital for their wonderful care.

A service for Donald will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 2:30pm on Thursday May 9, followed by private cremation.
