On November 2, 2013, peacefully at Dunedin surrounded by his family; aged 93 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Shirley, loved father and father-in-law of Bob and Sheena, Lyn and David Mills, Pauline Kane and Max Grant, much loved Grandad of Karen and Wayne, Steven and Amanda, Jenny and Ben; Mark, and Ross, Great Grandad of Sophie, and Catherine.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Patrick's Basilica, Macandrew Road at 1.00pm on Thursday November 7 followed by private cremation.
