On November 15, 2013, at the Home of St Barnabas, Dunedin; in her 100th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Frank Hamilton Parks, loved mother and mother-in-law of Winston and Hazel (Nugget Burn), Joy and Digby Flockton (Momona), Frances and Colin Durand (Sydney), Barbara and Russell Smith (Waldronville), a loved grandmother of her 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

A service for Kathleen will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 20, followed by private interment.
