Died peacefully at Ross Home, surrounded by his family; after a courageous journey. Dearly beloved husband of Kay. Cherished dad of Stacey, Jason, and Sorrelle. Loved and respected grandad of Callum, and Kirk; Dylan, and Jesse. Loved brother and brother-in-law of June and Andy Gold, George and Tiny; and Craig and Diane and their families.

A service for John will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12noon on Wednesday December 4, followed by private cremation.
