On December 7, 2013, peacefully at Radius Fulton Care, Dunedin; in her 85th year. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Peter and Katie, Robyn and Henry Schakelaar, and Sharyn Nolan, loved Grandma of Rikki and Ash, Manu and Tania, Kari and Komene Kururangi, and Tania Andrew, loved great-Grandma of Cade, Mya, Tane-Atua, Waimarima and Lyric.

A service to celebrate May's life will be held in the Caversham Baptist Church, corner South Road and Surrey Street, Dunedin at 11:30am on Wednesday December 11, followed by private cremation.
