On January 31, 2014, peacefully in Dunedin, surrounded by her loving family; aged 96 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Ivan.
Cherished and dearly loved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother of Owen and Louise, Emma, Adam and Sarah; Roger, Penelope and Richard, Shane and Jo, Maria and Andrew, Nessa and Cameron; Karen and Lalit, Skye and Belinda (Prasad); Raewyn and Francis, Nicholas, Haydn and Rachel, Joshua and Alysiah, Adrian, Mystikal, Giselle, Ezekiel (O'Brien); Camille and John Alabaster, Amy and Jono McFadzien, Elizabeth and Wayne Perkins, Emily Downey, Hannah Alabaster and Jonny May, Jack Alabaster; Louise, the late Oliver, Alexandra, Charlotte, and Rupert Carr.

Florence's family wish to thank the people at Frances Hodgkins for their wonderful care and support of their mother.

A service to celebrate Florence's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street, at 3.00pm on Tuesday February 4, followed by private cremation.
