On February 5, 2014, peacefully at the Otago Community Hospice. Dearly loved husband of Joyce for 64 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Gary and Wendy, Ron and Christine, Steve and Barbara, Danny and Andrea.

Loved grandad and great grandad and great great grandad of all his grandchildren. Special thanks to the staff of the Otago Community Hospice and Ward 8A, Dunedin Hospital for their care and support.

A service for Pat will be held in the Dignity Chapel corner Middleton and Isadore Roads at 2pm on Wednesday February 12, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations for the Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
