NEWTON, Eldred Algot, (Sam)

On September 1, 2014, peacefully at home; aged 94 years. Dearly loved and loving husband of Margaret, loved father and father-in-law of Graeme and Barbara, Lynette and Murray Hastie, Raylene and Vince Ryan, loved and respected Grandad of Brad, and Andrew; Lee, Mark and Dee, Michael and Hayley; Tim and Carmen, Peter and Tracey, and great-Grandad of Nathan, Molly, Axel, and Amelia.

Special thanks to all of Sam’s wonderful carers.

A celebration of Sam’s life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12:30pm on Saturday September 6, followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to Parkinsons’ Society Otago would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
